Is the business listing really free?
Yes. Creating your business listing and having it shown on the BeforeBroker Partners page costs nothing. You only pay if you choose to add the Verified badge or a package of property listings.
Do I need a website or a Magnet account?
You need a free Magnet account to manage your listing. You do not need a website.
Who can list?
Builders, agents and channel partners who sell property. Individual advisors and firms are both welcome.
How much is the Verified badge?
The badge is a paid add-on. Request it from your Listings page and we will share the price and what we need from you.
What does the review check?
We make sure the details are complete and genuine before anything goes public, and we send it back with a note if something needs fixing.
What counts as a listing in the 10 Listings package?
One property or project shown on the BeforeBroker website, linked to your business profile. The package gives you 10 of them for 90 days.
What happens after 90 days?
The listings in the package come down unless you renew it. Your free business profile stays.
